SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a system and method of preventing violations of rules of flight by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV). System includes a ground control center, ground means of detecting a suspected UAV, an intercepting UAV comprising an onboard detection means and a means of capturing a suspected UAV. Method comprises detecting, by ground-based means, a suspected UAV in a control zone, transmitting its coordinates to ground control center, using UAV-interceptor determining identification data of suspected UAV, they are transmitted to ground control center, in case of misclosure of these data with data of state system of UAV registration and control, UAV-interceptor is used to capture suspected UAV and its delivery to ground.

EFFECT: higher functionality to prevent violations of flight rules and capabilities for distinguishing and identifying intruders.
