FIELD: transport traffic control systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for determining violation of traffic rules, is used for photo and video fixation of traffic violations. Photographic and video fixation of traffic violations is carried out using a video camera mounted on the platform of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). Materials in real-time over an Ethernet network are transmitted to an electronic computing device of a flight controller. Received materials are analyzed for violation. Evidence base is formed if observing the composition of the disorder. UAV flight is performed in automatic mode. On the radio channel through the wireless data transmission means to the flight control center in real time from the UAV current location coordinates, data on the UAV status are transmitted. When the UAV reaches the destination, it hangs at the specified point and performs photo and video monitoring with subsequent fixation of the traffic violation.
EFFECT: possibility of monitoring the traffic of vehicles on any section of the road, at any time of the day in real time with subsequent fixation of violations of several points of traffic rules simultaneously.
