FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sealing element for dynamic applications. Sealing element with hardness Shore A 60–100 includes elastomer material containing rubber and carbon nanotubes distributed in elastomeric material in amount of 0.1 to 15 phr in terms of 100 weight parts of rubber. Elastomeric material is partially cross-linked.
EFFECT: invention increases service life of the sealing element, reduces its wear and is used in high temperatures and/or high pressures.
