Abstract RU 2701518 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely phthisiology, and can be used for treating tuberculosis adnexitis and/or endometritis. For this purpose, a standard dose of isotropic anti-tuberculosis therapy is accompanied by lymphotropic administration of a daily dose of isoniazid 10 mg/kg, mixed with 2,500 units heparin. Mixture is brought to a total volume of 15 ml with 0.25 % solution of novocaine and introduced into 4 regional lymphotropic points: suprapubic, inguinal, perianal and near-vertebral discrete at level of 2–4 lumbar vertebrae one point a day subcutaneously daily, the points alternate. Therapeutic course is 30 injections daily and 10 injections every second day to the general course up to No.40. Parallel or after the end of the course of lymphotropic administration of isoniazid, 60 mg of glutoxim, mixed with 2,500 units heparin is lymphotropically administered. Mixture is brought to a total volume of 10 ml with 0.25 % solution of novocaine and introduced into 4 regional lymphotropic points: suprapubic, inguinal and near-vertebral discbones at level of 2–4 lumbar vertebrae one point a day subcutaneously daily, the points alternate with each other and with points introduction of isoniazid. Therapeutic course makes 20 injections daily.

EFFECT: method enables preventing development of adhesive process of uterine tubes and uterine cavity, which prevents restoration of childbearing function of female body in the absence of toxic reactions from isoniazid.
