FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pressing equipment with dehydration. Proposed device comprises endless conveyor with multiple conveying elements. Pressing shaft is arranged on conveyor to exert pressure on said material. Adjacent conveying elements have engaging lugs into which a rod connecting said elements enters. Conveying elements in the pressing zone occupy such a rotary position relative to each other that the outer side of the conveyor in this area forms a flat closed surface. Behind zone of pressing in direction of conveyor there is a breakage zone, in which conveyor changes direction of stroke. Its outer side has concave contour. In the pressing zone the conveyor passes along the guide roller or shaft. Guide roller or shaft is located at distance from pressing shaft, minimum in point or area, which is located on line or in plane passing through axes of rotation of pressing shaft and guide roller or shaft.
EFFECT: result is increased load capacity and efficiency.
