FIELD: chemistry; medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of chemistry and medicine, namely, to a method for obtaining mineral-carbon sorbent based on granules of “Silochrome S-120” silica sorbent, and to the use of the resulting mineral-carbon sorbent as contact hemoactivator of blood cell components, which allows changing its effector-regulatory potential for effective treatment of patients with different diseases by low-volume hemoperfusion. The method includes sequential application of pyrocarbon and fullerene C60 to the surface of “Silochrome S-120”, wherein pyrocarbon is applied to granules of “Silochrome S-120” silica sorbent pre-dried in dry carrier gas current by pyrolysis of propargyl alcohol in a boiling layer mode in nitrogen current for 2 hours, the temperature of propargyl alcohol is maintained within 95°C, at a concentration of propargyl alcohol of 5-7%, further, granules of “Silochrome S-120” silica sorbent modified with pyrocarbon and pre-dried are placed in a solution of fullerene C60 in toluene at a concentration of 1 g/l and shaken for 5 hours, then resulting granules of mineral-carbon sorbent are washed with alcohol and dried in nitrogen stream.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides the preparation and use of mineral-carbon sorbent based on granules of “Silochrome S-120” silica sorbent with more expressed activation of blood cell elements, improved hemocompatibility properties, while maintaining the activation potential of “Silochrome S-120” silica sorbent, with increased efficiency for the treatment of patients with different diseases by low-volume hemoperfusion.
