SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling of wells, in particular to means of transmitting information in a well via a hydraulic communication channel. In particular, proposed is measuring drilling tool (MWD), comprising: sensor; encoding device operatively connected to sensor; and a modulator operatively connected to the encoder and comprising: a first stator; rotor; and a second stator, wherein the rotor is located between the first stator and the second stator.
EFFECT: high efficiency of transmitting information by increasing amplitude of pressure pulses.
