SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining and can be used in tunneling with tunneling boards with rotor actuators in conditions of Cambrian clay with inclusions of limestone and sandstone. Vibroactive actuator comprises vibration generator, elastic element, casing, spring, spring-loaded cutters, springs of which are centered in annular slots and through pusher of U-shape. Pusher is provided with annular groove and coaxially connected with oscillation generator, which is connected via high-speed connections to high-pressure hose with air distributor. On the oscillation generator the end sensor is installed, to which the supply cable from the electromagnetic coil of the air distributor is connected. Roller shifter axis on front side, as well as rear wall of guide on rear side are rigidly connected with resilient element and casing end wall, which in turn are detachably connected to the rotor housing on the side of the working face with a rectangular plate with a rectangular opening for the cutter blade, and a cover plate is detachably mounted on the opposite side of the rotor housing.

EFFECT: increasing destructive power of actuator.
