FIELD: textile.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to textile material science and is intended to determine resistance of textile material to action of light-and-light factors by indicator of duration of safe period of light-and-light wear at continuous and intermittent (seasonal) exposure schedule. Method includes selection of normalized operating load value Pstandards, preparation of material samples, testing of initial strength properties, fixation of samples on the exposure surface, exposure of natural light-and-light factors by exposure on open air, periodic testing of strength of exposed samples Pi with simultaneous measurement, recording and integration of energy Q total, direct and scattered solar radiation in MJ/m2, after what kinetic relationship is calculated ΣQ = ƒ(t) accumulating radiation energy during exposure time t, kinetic dependence of accumulation of total solar radiation during exposure in conditions of discontinuous seasonal schedule of operation of textile materials is determined during a period covering two to three astronomical spring-summer seasons, wherein the daily supply of solar radiation is measured and differentiated by the clock, and the resistance of the textile material to the effect of light-and-light factors in the form of the duration of the safe period of light-and-light wear in the seasons S is determined using the formula:
where ΣQirsw – energy input of total solar radiation required to reduce initial strength of material to lower standard value, MJ/m2, bordering with unacceptable level, at which further operation of article is not guaranteed; ΣQeff. seas is energy of total direct and scattered solar radiation supplied to sample location area per season, MJ/m2; wherein ΣQirsw is calculated by safety factor n by formula:
and graph is plotted n = ƒ(t) and then according to the safety n rating normalization schedule nstandards determining their intersection point, interval of safe wear and its duration in months is determined, Lirsw, under condition of twenty-four-hour multi-month exposure of material, designing interval of safe period of light-wear on graph ΣQ = ƒ(t), determining value ΣQirsw in MJ/m2, and to calculate ΣQeff. seas measured during exposure, time-differentiated solar radiation inputs are summed in accordance with intermittent seasonal schedule, determining seasonal light-and-light effect on material ΣQeff. seas in MJ/m2.
EFFECT: technical result of invention is to increase reliability and objectivity of evaluation of textile material in conditions of continuous and intermittent seasonal operation schedule taking into account light-and-weather characteristics of terrain.
