SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the computer equipment. Method comprises steps of: inputting and recording initial data for filling corresponding databases; forming parameters of forecast values of scenarios of dynamics of change of restrictions on control action on samples of weapons and military equipment of air defense grouping during planning period; ranking weapons and military equipment samples of air defense groupings according to priority; based on the use of a complex of simulation models of the dynamics of the change in the state of the weapons and military equipment of the air defense grouping and an optimization unit based on genetic algorithms, simulating the dynamics of the change in the state of weapons and military equipment of air defense grouping during a given period of planning, the obtained simulation results are processed; results evaluation and selection of the best strategy of long-term planning of measures to ensure the required state of weapons and military equipment of air defense grouping.

EFFECT: technical result consists in ensuring determination of optimal strategy for long-term planning activities to ensure the required state of weapons and military equipment of the Air Defense Force grouping of Air Defense.
