SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Invention is a method of sporulating coccidial oocysts recovered from animal excrement (5), comprising obtaining purified oocysts in form of layer (40) on surface of substrate (22), maintaining the layer, at least periodically, in an oxygen-containing gaseous medium (60) having a relative humidity of at least 15 %, and maintaining the temperature of oocyst from 19 °C to 37 °C.
EFFECT: invention increases output of sporulation.
