FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology. Disclosed are a method and a system for purifying coccidial oocysts, as well as a purified coccidial oocyst composition. System includes a first sieve deck with allowing oocysts to pass into the filtrate and to retain larger particles with holes, facility for automatic loading of filtrate inside second sieve deck, and also second sieve deck allowing to retain oocysts and to pass to smaller particles holes. Method comprises steps of collecting coccidial oocysts excrements, excreting excrements in aqueous medium, sifting aqueous fraction through first deck to produce filtrate, sieving the aqueous filtrate through the second deck to obtain a precipitate containing purified oocyst, where the second precipitate is suitable for use in the vaccine.
EFFECT: inventions provide purification of a large part of viable and sporulation oocysts without residues of salts and other substances.
