FIELD: crushing or grinding of various materials.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to rotary crushers, in particular to conical crusher and hydraulic clamping system for such crusher. Crusher comprises a stationary adjusting ring, a bowl, a head assembly arranged to move inside the bowl to form a working gap, a clamping ring located above the adjusting ring and comprising a plurality of channels forming the hydraulic system, each of which passes through the clamping ring from the upper surface to the lower surface, multiple assemblies with clamping cylinders and a mounting flange. Body of each cylinder is inserted inside one of the channels, and the mounting flange extends from the cylinder body, wherein each of the clamping cylindrical units is removable from the upper surface of the clamping ring, while the clamping ring is engaged with the cup.
EFFECT: group of inventions improves manufacturability of crusher, increases efficiency of grinding process.
