FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical means of gear drives control and can be used in chemical and oil-and-gas machine building at production of pipeline shut-off valve actuators. Two-speed manual drive of shutoff valves comprises housing, pulley rigidly connected with drive shaft-carrier, having one or several slots. In slots of driving shaft-carrier there are installed pressing elements, fixed wheel with external teeth; movable wheel with internal teeth is mounted on pressure elements and connected to driven link by means of elastic coupling unit. Elastic coupling unit is made in the form of a flexible rim of the movable wheel integral with the driven link and containing conical slots for pressing elements of spherical shape, and the driving shaft-carrier – in the form of a cup with slots-sockets for pressure elements.
EFFECT: reduced axial size of the drive with simultaneous improvement of its technological effectiveness at automatic switching of speeds.
