Computer system is configured to control subscriptions, wherein computing system comprises: processors; machine-readable media, on which machine-executed instructions are stored, which when executed by one or more processors instruct processors: register an organizational subscription with a data storage and processing centre provider, install in the data storage and processing center applications authorized by the organizational subscription, generate data, individually configured organizational plans, receive data representing subscription requests from individual tenants of the organization; register subscriptions of tenants and allow access to subsets of cloud services, track and limit use of cloud service subsets according to subscriptions of tenants on the basis of corresponding organizational quotas.
