Abstract RU 2702106 C2

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, where X is N, Y is CR3e; R1 and R2 are combined with adjacent nitrogen atom to form cyclic amino, which can be substituted with C1-6-alkyl, -OC1-6-alkyl or C3-8-cycloalkyl, and cyclic amino is azetidinyl, pyrrolidinyl, piperidinyl or piperazinyl; R3a, R3c, R3d and R3e are identical or different from each other and are H or halogen and R3b is halogen-C1-6-alkyl; R4 is H or halogen; R5 is H or C1-6-alkyl; Q is a heterocyclyl which can be substituted with -C1-6-alkylene-OC1-6-alkyl, and heterocyclylene is piperidin-1,4-diyl or piperazine-1,4-diyl; W is C1-6-alkylene or -OC1-6-alkylene and n is 1. Invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition having the activity of a positive allosteric regulator of muscarinic M3-receptors containing an effective amount of a compound of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.

EFFECT: aminothiazole derivatives, which are a compound of formula (I), are intended for preventing or treating the urinary bladder/urinary tract diseases associated with bladder contractions caused by muscarinic M3-receptors.
