SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgical oncology. In laparoscopic radical cystectomy, pelvic lymph node dissection is performed and both ureters are crossed. Mobilization of the ileocecal angle is performed by dissecting the parietal peritoneum in the right lateral canal and diverting the medially ascending part of the colon and caecum in the layer between the retroperitoneal fascia and the Toldt fascia.
EFFECT: method provides a reduction in postoperative intestinal obstruction in patients who have undergone laparoscopic radical cystectomy with Bricker uroderivation, shortening the patient's stay in the hospital, reducing the cost of treatment of patients with urothelial bladder carcinoma, improving early surgical results.
