Disclosed is a file generating device which generates an audio file, where audio streams of a plurality of groups are divided into tracks for each one or more groups and arranged on tracks for each one or more groups and on which information related to the plurality of groups is placed. Present disclosure can be applied to an information processing system consisting, for example, of a file generating device generating a file, a web server which records a file generated by the file generating device and a moving image playback terminal which reproduces the file.
