SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an information processing device. The information processing device is proposed including: a memory unit made with the possibility of storing the set definition for adding a parameter to access information to provide access to each of the set of subsegments forming each part of encoded data obtained by encoding the same content with various bitrate streaming or to access each element obtained by request to a server described in media presentation description (MPD); and a communication unit made with the possibility of accessing an address determined in access information by assigning a parameter based on the set definition stored in the memory unit. The address determined in access information is an address for controlling a device displaying the content.

EFFECT: reducing the amount of meta-information, when the client performs remote control of the device using streaming technologies with adaptive bitrate streaming (ABS).
