SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to haemorrhoids treatment devices. Device comprises a proctoscope, a Doppler sensor, a laser unit comprising a laser emitter, a control system comprising a computer and a display, wherein the diagnostic unit includes a Doppler sensor and an ultrasonic working area imaging sensor located on the proctoscope and connected to the diagnostic unit control system, the laser emitter is provided with a fibre-optic laser radiation delivery tool to the exposure area and is connected to the power supply and cooling system, and the control system associated with the diagnostic unit and the laser unit is configured to determine the flow rate in the vessel, the current parameters of the laser emitter and the thickness of the vessel at the point of exposure and coordinates of the fibre-optic instrument.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables optimizing intensity and duration of exposure on the vessel during surgery.
