FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to coloproctology, surgery, and can be used for treating haemorrhoids. Probe with optocouples is inserted into the anal canal, the wires of which are connected to a laptop. Pulsomotorography is performed in canalis analis and pars supraampularis recti, and a point of haemorrhoid suturing is determined. Mucomyopexy of haemorrhoids is performed with application of haemostatic continuous sutures of Reverden-Multanovsky on them up to apex with folding of mucous membrane and further fixation of node in anal canal. Probe is repeatedly inserted into the anal canal and pulsomotorography is performed. Intramural haemostasis is controlled by disappearance of intramural pulse within haemorrhoids.
EFFECT: method enables improving haemostasis, reducing the risk of postoperative complications and injuries by determining the exact suturing site by pulsomotorography.
