FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, surgery. After anus divultion into rectal cavity retractors are installed. They are fixed on ring with modelling of operation space. Direct visual control of zone of anatomical location of haemorrhoidal vessels is provided. Circular excision of 5-15 millimetre wide strip of rectal wall is performed. Defect of rectal wall is restored by manual suture, retractors are removed.
EFFECT: method of desarterisation of haemorrhoidal nodes with application of proctological toolset "Mini-assistant" provides visual control of intersection of haemorrhoidal vessels, deepness of rectal wall dissection and haemostasis, reduces operation trauma, reduces risk of intraoperative and postoperative complications.
