SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to underwater production of hydrocarbons, to underwater wells and facilities for connection of column with conductor column. Unit for connection of column of conductor and column of direction comprises: group of ratchets installed on end external part of conductor column and representing split rings with toothed profile, in ratchet group there is one ratchet, relative to which each other ratchet of this group is offset in axial direction by value L_i=nt+((i-1)/z)t, where n is the number of teeth of the toothed surface of the direction column, t is the pitch of the teeth, z is the number of ratchets; i – ordinal number of the ratchet.

EFFECT: provision of high pre-stretch value between the conductor column and the direction column, reliable input of the column of the conductor in engagement with the direction column with provision of carrying capacity of the assembly of the column of the conductor with the direction column, as well as easy installation of the conductor column by excluding the use of the tool.
