FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to column head design, method of its assembly and method of successive use of downhole tools for performance of technological operations for assembly of column head on underwater well. Column head consists of direction 1 and conductor 2 with the possibility of installation in it of one to three technical pipe strings 3, 4, 5 of different standard sizes. Direction 1 has mounting cone 6, thrust thread 7, end openings 8 and groove with trapezoidal profile 9 to provide possibility of retaining direction 1 during descent into well. Conductor 2 has groove 10 with split thread ring 11 and with elastic annular element 12, stops 13, groove 14 with cut slots 15, shaped groove 16 with hard-alloy insert 17 with ring 18, trapezoidal groove 19, shaped surface 20 in form of "tree" to keep Christmas trees from axial displacement upwards. Columns 3, 4, 5 have, respectively, grooves 21 with slots 22, annular pocket 27 with seals 28 with trapezoidal stops 29 and 30, trapezoidal groove 31, inner cone 33 and conical surface 34 for planting of Christmas tree, and third technical string of pipes 3 has cone 32, holes 25, hard-alloy stop 23 with flushing holes 24 and retainer 26. Head is assembled at successive performance of technological operations: lowering of direction 1 into well, lowering of conductor 2 in direction 1, lowering of columns 3, 4, 5 into well, installation and removal of bushings 42 of conductor 2, control of position of columns 3, 4, 5. To implement method of head assembly on underwater well there used is downhole tool 35 to lower direction 1 to well, downhole tool 40 to lower conductor 2 in direction 1, downhole tool 49 for lowering columns 3, 4, 5 to the well, downhole tool 55 for installation and removal of protective bushings 42 of conductor 2 with columns 3, 4, 5, downhole tool 56 for control of position of technical pipe strings 3, 4, 5.

EFFECT: this group of inventions is based on the solution of the problem consisting in development of the underwater well with high operational capabilities.
