FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protein grafting onto substrate by optically set pattern. Described is a method of printing an adhesive template on a polymer brush on a surface of a substrate in the form of a nanometer antifouling layer. Method includes contacting said antifouling layer with a first aqueous solution containing benzophenone, then lighting the layer with radiation at wavelength in the range of the benzophenone absorption spectrum in accordance with the template and transmitting the corresponding surface energy. Emission wave length is selected in range from 300 to 400 nm.
EFFECT: invention provides a template adherent to protein molecules, an adhesion gradient on the substrate surface of which is created by spatial change of surface energy and continuously changes in accordance with the template.
