SUBSTANCE: device comprises a substrate, a film comprising polyethylene glycol and located on the substrate, a matrix for light propagation according to the first structured pattern and for the first structured pattern replacement with the second structured pattern, a light source for matrix illumination, an optical system for formation of the first microstructured image on the film of the first structured pattern, the first reservoir for the first aqueous solution containing the first inoculation agent and the first protein, the second container for the second aqueous solution comprising the second inoculation means and the second protein and a microfluidic circuit for the first aqueous solution comprising an opening for contacting the first aqueous solution with a film near the opening. At that, the microfluidic circuit is configured to be filled with the first aqueous solution for contacting the first aqueous solution and the film, the first microstructured image of the first structured pattern being formed on the film by the light source for photoprinting the first protein on the film, and the microfluidic circuit is configured to replace the first aqueous solution with the second aqueous solution to contact the second aqueous solution and the film, the first structured pattern is replaced with the second pattern for photoprinting the second protein on the film.

EFFECT: invention provides fast and high-quality printing of several proteins on the same substrate.
