FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to column mass-exchange apparatus of continuous action and can be used for extraction (leaching) in solid-liquid system in food, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries. Extractor is equipped with intake device connecting column with recirculation loop and replaceable filtering element. Intake device is located in upper part of column in plane, which coincides with middle position of upper plate of vibration nozzle, which has segment cutout for suspension movement, note here that fixed plate is arranged above plate cutout to smooth flow of suspension passing therethrough during vibration nozzle movement downwards.
EFFECT: invention increases stability of the apparatus.
