FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mass-exchange apparatuses for solid-fluid system and may be used for extraction of valuable components in chemical, food and other industries. Proposed extractor comprises vertical cylindrical casing with phase inlet and outlet devices. Rod with plates rigidly attached thereto reciprocates inside said casing. Plates have phase passages and flanges directed opposite the phase direction. Note here that liquid and solid phases are fed into auger feeder simultaneously. Heat exchange jacket is fitted on auger feeder housing. Feeder flight screws are perforated.
EFFECT: faster extraction, reduced losses of target component, improved operating performances.
