FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of construction materials and concerns a composite plate made from recycled and recyclable materials. Composite plate is partially made of nonwoven composite material, wherein the nonwoven composite material contains: from 40 to 90 wt. % dissolved natural fibres and/or glass fibres, from 40 to 5 wt. %. of plastic fibres, and from 40 to 5 wt. %. thermosetting material. Invention also relates to use of such a composite board in all applications, which use a wood-particle board (PB), wood-fibre board of medium and high density (MDF & HDF), oriented-particle board (OSB), laminated beam from glued veneer (LVL), multilayer plywood (PLW) and related materials, and in wall panels, dividing panels, insulating panels, laminates, floor coatings, in particular, laminated flooring, tiles, furniture and related applications. Present invention also relates to a method of producing a composite plate, comprising mixing from 40 to 90 wt. %. dissolved natural fibres and/or glass fibres, from 40 to 5 wt. %. plastic fibres and from 40 to 5 wt. % thermosetting material and thermoforming said mixture to obtain a nonwoven composite material layer.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a composite plate which does not require a complex layer structure to provide bidirectional strength sufficient for normal use, as well as with characteristics suitable for use in heavy-duty applications made from recycled and/or recyclable materials, as well as an improved method of producing composite plates, which enables to use recycled materials and recyclable materials.
