SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to production of stabilized exenatide. Method of producing a product containing exenatide involves providing a coating liquid containing exenatide, a saccharide and a water-miscible solvent; providing particles containing one or more water-soluble gelling compounds. Particles are fluidised in the working chamber of the device such that the particles move in the chamber upward along the screw trajectory. Thereafter, the coating liquid is sprayed onto the particles to obtain coated particles and allowed to dry the coated particles. Also disclosed is a product obtained using said method and versions of using said method and product.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a convenient solid form for peroral delivery of exenatide and optimal suction in the oral cavity by destroying microcapsules and converting them into a microgel.
