FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to meat industry, in particular, to mince preparation devices and may be used at food industry enterprises. Mincemeat mixer includes a housing in the form of a loading container with a loading hole equipped with a sealed cover. Inside loading container mixer is arranged, which is made in the form of two horizontally located shafts, on which there are mixing working elements in the form of screws with opposite winding. One of said screws is arranged in feed chamber while another one is arranged in receiving chamber. Chambers are separated by a partition wall, in which cone funnels are installed. In the feed chamber the cone of the funnel is directed with a large diameter upwards, and in the receiving chamber – with a large diameter downwards. Cone funnel with large diameter up installed in the partition has a plug separating upper and lower screw coiling. In the working cycle of the mince mixing, the loading opening cover is closed and the discharge hole cover is closed, and the plug is opened, which ensures round movement of the mince with continuous stirring. At the end of the working cycle of mixing, the funnel cover with the upper cone is closed and the unloading hole cover opens, at that, the mixed mass of the mince is unloaded into the container.

EFFECT: invention allows to enhance the mince mixing capacity and quality.
