FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. Method consists in preliminary fixation, shear and smooth controlled descent to the ground with the help of pruning shears for cutting off and removing hop hops from trellised wire with subsequent manual assembly of hop cones. Method is realized by joint application of pruning shears and working table (3) with two adjacent trays (12, 13) in the following sequence: working table (3) is located between left (L) and right (R) rows of tapes, adjusting the height and angle of inclination of working table (3), preliminarily using a pruning shears fixing the upper end of the hop hopper and cutting off the upper end of the support and the vines, cutting the lower end and supporting the vine synchronously with the beginning of the controlled movement downwards of the hop vines using a pruning shears and orienting the lower end of hop vine on receiver (15, 16) of working table tray gradually. Movement is performed until vine along its entire length is located in tray (12, 13) of working table (3). Same procedure is performed with vine (9) of the right row of trellis. Then two assemblers are located on both sides of working table (3) and each process of manual assembly of hop cones is started on the side of its tray, sorting cones of hop according to color and value, until on the vine there is no stick of hop.

EFFECT: reduced cone damageability and blockage, increased quality of sorting, improved operating conditions and increased labor productivity of hop collectors, as well as reduced yield losses.
