FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of producing granulated grain fodders with high content of easily fermentable carbohydrates. In the rye molasses production unit, water is preheated to 30°C by its circulation in water circuit with passive cavitator. Then whole rye grains and an enzyme are fed into the vessel of the unit. Obtained mixture is directed for circulation along a water circuit without a cavitator. Rye grains are milled in the unit on a passive grinder grate mounted on its cover at an angle α=60° to the horizontal plane. Then rye molasses and barley grains crushed by the crusher are directed for mixing in mass ratio of 20…30% rye molasses from the mass of milled barley grains.
EFFECT: method ensures production of granulated grain fodder enriched with easily fermentable carbohydrates, increase of its digestibility and reduction of energy consumption for production.
