FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for construction of the roadway and can be used in construction of roads. Device for profiling roadway consists of motor grader with running gear, steering devices and hydraulic drives for lifting and lowering and skewing of working member equipped with controller, rod fixed on working member, on which is mounted a set of sensors of satellite navigation system, determining position of middle point of cutting edge of working member along axes directed: east X, to north Y and vertically upwards Z in base coordinate system, which generates feedback signals, which are supplied to the controller, the device for measuring the cross angle of the working member, which signals are supplied to the controller, by the setting device of the working member with four output coordinates of the position of the middle point of the cutting edge of the working member along the axes directed: to the east X, to the north Y and vertically upwards Z, and the crosswise inclination angle of the working member β, which generates and transmits to the controller the values of these coordinates determined by the digital roadway design created in the basic coordinate system, and the received motor grader motion circuit. At that, all signals received by the controller after processing are transmitted through the running gear and steering device, as well as hydraulic drives of lifting-lowering and skewing to the working member of the motor grader, by adjusting the position of the middle point of its cutting edge and the angle of crosswise skewing of the working member β. Device is additionally equipped with interacting elements forming alternative plane, and unit of ultrasonic, optical or radio-frequency sensors of alternative periodic measurement of coordinate of position of middle point of cutting edge of working member along axis directed vertically upwards Z, with possibility of signal transmission to controller, where periodic correction of feedback signal is performed along axis directed vertically upwards Z, obtained by means of satellite navigation system.

EFFECT: improving accuracy of geometric parameters of the constructed roadway and improving the quality of blading operation.
