FIELD: road construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to profiling of roadway with motor grader. Method for profiling roadway includes forming vector Ū3, setting signals of multi-dimensional position control system XWM, YWM, ZWM mid point of cutting edge and angle βRO crosswise skew of working member of motor grader in base coordinate system ObXbYbZb, measuring coordinates XWM, YWM, ZWM set of sensors of satellite navigation system, measurement of angle βWM angle sensor located on the motor grader, determining the deviations of the position of the working member on the coordinates XWM, YWM, ZWM, βWM relative to given vector Ū3, control of position of working member in function of these deviations by means of running and steering devices of motor grader and hydraulic drives of lifting-lowering and warping of working element, periodic measurement of coordinate ZWM one or more alternative sensors, calculation by developed algorithm of signal ZK correction, which is used in working member position coordinate control system on ZWM coordinate.

EFFECT: technical result is higher accuracy of geometrical parameters of erected fabric.
