FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to devices for cooking food on gas, in particular, a gas furnace. Device for heat treatment of products includes a chamber for heat treatment and a gas burner. Heat treatment chamber comprises a bottom and a roof, and a gas burner is located under the chamber bottom for heat treatment. Bottom contains a hole opposite to the specified gas burner. Food preparation device contains a plate located in the specified chamber for heat treatment above the specified gas burner. Gap between the plate and the bottom forms a hot gas circulation passage from the gas burner, wherein the gap between the plate and the bottom is provided around the plate and the plate comprises a peripheral flange extending in the heat treatment device bottom direction. Peripheral flange has two cutouts which form, respectively, two passes, preferably for hot gases.
EFFECT: technical result is improved gas furnace, by improving heat treatment of products by convection and heat exchange in chamber for heat treatment.
