FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention represents a method for prediction of embryo engraftment in a recipient cow during embryo transplantation technology, consisting in the fact that in the recipient cow on the zero day of the sexual cycle, the estrus is diagnosed for the purpose of detecting the clinical and physiological manifestations of the estrus features "immobility reflex" and "estruation" among all the signs of estrus, wherein diagnostic result is expressed by "presence" or "absence" of the set of "immobility reflex and estruation" signs, and on 7th day of the sexual cycle immediately before the embryo transplantation, the ovary and the yellow body are visualized using ultrasound equipment, by which the volume of the yellow body and volume of the ovary are morphometrically measured, calculating the relation of the volume of the yellow body to the ovary volume in percentage terms (calculated index), after which the values of the calculated index and the indicator obtained as a result of diagnosis are jointly used as prognostic criteria, and if the value of the predicted value is 31–50 % and the "availability" of the set of "immobility reflex and estruation" signs, the probability "embryo engraftment" is predicted, and the probability of "no embryo engraftment" is predicted with the following values: if the calculated value is 30 % or less, regardless of the obtained "presence" or "absence" parameter of the "immobility reflex and estruation" feature set, if the calculated value is 31–50 % and the "absence" index of the set of "immobility reflex and estruation" signs, if the calculated value is more than 50 % regardless of the "presence" or "absence" of the signs of estrus.
EFFECT: invention provides higher accuracy and information value of prediction of embryos engraftment in recipient cows.
