SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to analysis and subsequent visualization of data, and more specifically to technologies aimed at searching for data on objects of interest and on building on a plan of a monitored area a diagram of movement of the object of interest from the obtained data. System comprises sensors and/or devices which determine a specific position of objects at given points in time, memory which stores an archive of data identifying objects in a certain location at a certain time, an image display device, a graphical user interface, a data input/output device and a data processing device. Method of displaying a method for displaying a movement pattern of objects over a monitored area comprises steps of receiving a request from a user through a graphical user interface, object data is searched for from a data archive, a data set is obtained, which characterizes movement of the given object over the controlled area, an object displacement diagram is automatically plotted on the plan of the monitored area, and the object displacement scheme is displayed.
EFFECT: providing a system for constructing and displaying an object displacement pattern on a terrain plan.
