FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: intermediate link 3 of direct current is charged by supply of pre-charging voltage from network 5 (0.4 kV). Voltage is controlled by sensor 7 and relay 8. When the set value is reached, which is close to the rated one, the pre-charging voltage is disconnected and the working voltage is supplied from network 1. Invention is characterized by that pre-charge time is controlled by time relay 10. If it exceeds the specified level, the working voltage supply is prohibited and the pre-charge voltage is switched off by acting on control unit 9 by means of these relays.
EFFECT: technical result is higher reliability.
