SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a novel compound of formula 1 or a salt thereof. In the compound of formula 1

Z is O or S; each R1 independently represents hydrogen, halogen, cyano, nitro, CHO, C(= O)NH2, SO2NH2, C1-C4alkyl, C2-C4alkenyl, C2-C4alkynyl, C1-C4haloalkyl, C3-C6cycloalkyl, C2-C6alkylcarbonyl, C2-C6alkoxycarbonyl, C1-C4alkoxy, C1-C4haloalkoxy, C2-C6cyanoalkoxy, SOnR1A, Si (CH3)3, C (= (NOH) CH3 or B (-OC (R1B)2C (R1B)2O-); or a phenyl ring optionally substituted with not more than 5 substitutes independently selected from R1C; or 5- or 6-member heteroaromatic ring containing ring members selected from carbon atoms and not more than 4 heteroatoms independently selected from at most 2 O atoms, not more than 2 S atoms and not more than 4 N atoms, wherein each ring is optionally substituted with not more than 3 substitutes independently selected from R1C by ring members, which are carbon atoms, and R1D by ring members, which are nitrogen atoms; R2 is halogen, cyano, nitro, C1-C4alkoxy, C1-C4alkyl, C2-C6alkynyl or C1-C4haloalkyl; m is 0, 1, 2 or 3; each R3 independently represents halogen, cyano, hydroxy, nitro, CHO, C(= O)NH2, C(= S)NH2, C1-C4alkyl, C2-C4alkenyl, C2-C4alkynyl, C1-C4haloalkyl, C2-C6alkylcarbonyl, C1-C4alkoxy, C1-C4haloalkoxy, C2-C4alkylcarbonyloxy, C≡CSi (CH3)3, C (= O) N (R3A) (R3B), C (= NOR3C) H, C (= NR3D) H, SOnR3E; or a phenyl ring optionally substituted with not more than 5 substitutes independently selected from R3F; or 5- or 6-member heteroaromatic ring containing ring members selected from carbon atoms and not more than 4 heteroatoms independently selected from at most 2 O atoms, not more than 2 S atoms and not more than 4 N atoms, wherein each ring is optionally substituted with not more than 3 substitutes independently selected from R3F by ring members, which are carbon atoms, and R3G by ring members, which are nitrogen atoms; or pyrimidinyloxy; each n is independently equal to 0, 1 or 2; each R1A independently represents C1-C4haloalkyl, C1-C4alkylamino or C2-C6dialkylamino; each R1B independently represents H or C1-C4alkyl; each R1C independently represents halogen, cyano, nitro, C1-C6alkyl, C1-C6haloalkyl, C1-C6alkoxy or C1-C6haloalkoxy; each R1D independently is cyano, C1-C6alkyl, C1-C6haloalkyl, C1-C6alkoxy or C2-C6alkylcarbonyl; each R3A independently represents C1-C4alkyl; each R3B independently represents H or C1-C4alkyl; each R3C independently represents H or C1-C4alkyl; each R3D independently represents H, amino, C1-C4alkyl or C1-C4alkylamino; each R3E independently represents C1-C4alkyl, C1-C4alkylamino or C2-C6dialkylamino; each R3F independently represents hydroxy, halogen, cyano, nitro, C1-C6alkyl, C1-C6haloalkyl, C1-C6alkoxy or C1-C6haloalkoxy; and each R3G independently represents C1-C6alkyl, C1-C6haloalkyl or C1-C66alkoxy. Invention also relates to a herbicidal composition containing herbicidally effective amount of compound of 1 and at least one component selected from a group consisting of surfactants, solid diluents and liquid diluents.
EFFECT: compounds have herbicidal properties and can be used to control growth of undesirable vegetation, including contact of vegetation or its environment in herbicidally effective amount.
