FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for driving fasteners into a base. Proposed device comprises combustion chamber, cartridge chamber with intake chamber for fuel-containing cartridge open in direction of opening to combustion chamber, gate and tape system for cartridge belt serving as cartridge support. Gate with its closed position limits the receiving chamber with the side opposite to the opening direction and adjoins the cartridge chamber.
EFFECT: result is high combustion pressure with no risk of destruction of the cartridge.
