FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to information processing and measurement equipment and can be used for monitoring of electrical and electromechanical devices serviceability. Method for identification of multi-sinusoidal digital signals is based on use of continuous continued fractions by measuring signal at equidistance intervals, feeding them to an identifier of a continuous C-fraction with subsequent recovery of the number of harmonics, circular frequencies, amplitudes, a predictive model and model values of the signal. When signal values are processed in continuous C-fraction identifier, presence of signal offset is determined on the basis of break rule. If such displacement is detected, the signal value is further restored and, based on the obtained results, initial phase shifts in the signal harmonics are determined.
EFFECT: method can be used to determine a mathematical model of a multi-sinusoidal signal based on discrete information on it.
