SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microwave equipment and can be used in production of granulated feedstuffs, for example, from mixture of grain wastes (bran, grass meal, etc.) and non-food wastes of animal origin (blood, spleen, intestines, skin tissue, etc.). Plant for granulation of milled wastes of animal and plant origin in process of dielectric heating contains cylindrical screening housing with discharge branch pipe, inside which a working chamber in the form of a stationary cylindrical resonator is located coaxially. Inside cylindrical resonator between dielectric plates of fastening there are clamping dielectric rollers with rib surface with tight attachment to inner surface of cylindrical matrix, which is a component part of generatrix of cylindrical resonator. Lower dielectric plate installed in the cylindrical resonator is coaxial and located on the electric drive shaft. Mounted on the electric drive shaft is a unit which comprises a vertically arranged knife on the outer side of the generatrix of the cylindrical resonator and a scraper mounted horizontally above the lower base of the cylindrical shielding body. Loading container is made in form of funnel from non-ferromagnetic material, inside which coaxial screen is coaxially located, which base and lower base of loading container are arranged so that there is an annular space between them, with a gap of less than a quarter of wavelength. Radiators from superhigh-frequency generators are installed at the lateral side of the cylindrical resonator with shift of 120 degrees.

EFFECT: invention increases efficiency of the plant, reduces energy consumption of the process of granulating multicomponent raw material and increases storage life of the granulated fodder.
