FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and may be used for boiling of food eggs, as well as non-food wastes of eggs from incubation cabinets during production of protein fodder for animals. Microwave unit for thermal treatment of eggs in continuous mode includes in cylindrical shielding housing 1 installed on mounting post 15, coaxially along perimeter of lower base located dielectric rim 3, attached to gear rim 2, engaged with drive gear, installed on shaft of electric drive. Lower non-ferromagnetic hemispheres 5 are attached to rim 3 by means of hinge loops 4 with a convexity of the diameter multiple of the half of the wave length covered with guide line 12, the ends of which are attached to the inner side surface of screening body 1, where there is a window with screening mesh 13. There is also tilting device 11 in the form of a guide of a dielectric rack attached to the upper base of screening housing 1 with possibility of contact and overturning of lower hemispheres 5 towards its side surface and unloading tray 14. Upper non-ferromagnetic semi-spheres 6, equal in diameter to lower hemispheres 5, rigidly fixed under upper base of shielding housing 1 with convex upward, have in upper points holes for direction of emitters of magnetrons 7 located along perimeter on upper base of shielding housing. On upper base of housing 1 there is an inspection window and loading hole, under which receiving dielectric tray 9 is located. Distance between emitters 7 should be not less than two diameters of hemispheres 6.

EFFECT: providing porosity of continuous technological process of EMFUHF exposure of less than ½ and electromagnetic safety at sufficiently high proper Q-factor of resonator, which forms resonator-beam electrodynamic system.
