FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to compounds of formula I possessing the properties of a compliment factor D factor inhibitor, a pharmaceutical composition based thereon and use thereof. In general formula IQ1 is C(R1R1'); Q2 is C(R2R2'); Q3 is C(R3R3); (a) X1 and X2 independently represent N or CH, or (b) X1 and X2 together form C = C; A represents a group selected from

L is a bond oror B is 3–7-member monocyclic or bicyclic carbocyclic group or 4–6-member monocyclic or bicyclic heterocyclic group, having 1 or 2 N atoms, or B is -(C0-C4alkyl)(phenyl), -(C0-C4alkyl)(5 or 6-member heteroaryl with 1 or 2 heteroatoms independently selected from N, O and S), or - (C0-C4alkyl) (biphenyl); each of B is unsubstituted or substituted with one or more substitutes independently selected from (w) and (x), and 0 or 1 substitute selected from (z). Values of other substitutes are specified in the claim.
EFFECT: treating disorders mediated by factor D complement system, such as retinal degeneration, ophthalmic disease, multiple sclerosis, arthritis, COPD, respiratory disease, cardiovascular disease, and so forth.
