FIELD: pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for increasing patient's glucocerebrosidase the level containing substituted pyrazolopyrimidines and dihydropyrazolopyrimidines of general formula (I) or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. Group A and substitutes R1-R7 in compounds of formula (I) have the values specified in the patent claim. Invention also relates to a method of Gaucher's disease treatment or Gaucher's disease symptoms prevention and a method of glucocerebrosidase level increasing in patient's leucocytes carrying a GBA gene mutation using composition containing a compound of formula (I) or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt. Besides, invention describes a pharmaceutical composition containing the compound or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt where the compound is selected from a series of specific compounds listed in the patent claim. Invention covers also N-(4-ethynylphenyl)-5,7-dimethylpyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-3-carboxamide or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt.
EFFECT: pharmaceutical composition for patient's glucocerebrosidase level increasing is proposed.
