FIELD: medicine; chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bifunctional compounds containing a fragment which binds the target protein and a fragment which binds E3-ubiquitin ligase. Bifunctional compounds are used as modulators of targeted ubiquitination with respect to fast-accelerated fibrosarcoma B-Raf proteins, which are degraded and/or otherwise inhibited by bifunctional compounds according to the present invention.
EFFECT: compounds are intended for preparing a drug having BRaf inhibiting activity.
