FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical industry, particularly to a composition for preparing a biologically active human environment treatment agent. Basic composition for preparing a biologically active human environment treatment agent, having antimicrobial activity, which includes essential oils and phyto-extracts, taken in ratio 2:1, in an alcohol solvent, as well as a fragrance with consumption of 1–5 % of weight of composition, wherein essential oils with total content of 20 to 32 wt. % are presented by a combination of essential oil of eucalyptus and essential oils of plants of Labiatae family selected from: monarch, hyssop, sage, mint, lavender, basil, rosemary, oregano, thyme and combinations thereof; and Compositae plant essential oils selected from: Leuzeum, yarrow, marigolds, wormwood and their combinations, with consumption of each 2 to 14 wt. %, phyto-extracts are represented by a combination of extract of pine and extracts of Labiatae plants selected from: sage, rosemary, thyme, motherwort, basil, skullcap and combinations thereof, and extracts of plants of family Compositae with high content of terpenoids, flavonoids, carotinoids and anthocions, selected from: calendula, dandelion, cornflower, milfoil, chamomile, burdock, echinacea and combinations thereof , with consumption of each separately from 1 to 12 wt. %.

EFFECT: described base composition is characterized by high aggregative stability, improved organoleptic properties during dilution, storage, pressure increase, freezing, while maintaining biological activity.
