The flavored salad oil contains a mixture of edible vegetable oils with an oil extract of spicy-aromatic plants and spices, and the mixture of edible vegetable oils is represented by a mixture of at least two oils selected from a number: unrefined mustard oil, unrefined milk thistle oil, unrefined camelina oil, refined deodorized sunflower oil, and the oil extract is represented by an extract on mustard or sunflower oil of a mixture of spicy-aromatic plants and spices selected from a number of: medicinal hyssop, garden savory, rosemary, oregano, thyme, garlic, black pepper, red capsicum, coriander, Staunton’s elsholtzia, savory, melissa officinalis, marjoram garden, wild bergamot, allspice, giant hyssop, peppermint, sweet basil, fenugreek hay. At the same time, according to three variants, the components of flavored salad oil can be in the following ratio, wt. %: unrefined mustard oil 60; unrefined milk thistle oil 30; oil extract on mustard oil 10 (composition of a mixture of spicy-aromatic plants and spices: medicinal hyssop, savory, rosemary, oregano, thyme, garlic, black pepper, red capsicum (1:1:2:2:2:2:1:1)), either refined deodorized sunflower oil 70; unrefined camelina oil 20; oil extract on sunflower oil 10 (composition of a mixture of spicy-aromatic plants and spices: seed coriander, Staunton’s elsholtzia, garden savory, savory, medicinal melissa, garden marjoram, wild bergamot, allspice (3:2:2:2:2:2:2:1)), or unrefined mustard oil 60; unrefined milk thistle oil 20; unrefined camelina oil 10; oil extract on mustard oil 10 (composition of a mixture of spicy-aromatic plants and spices: seed coriander, giant hyssop, thyme, peppermint, sweet basil, rosemary, fenugreek, black pepper (1:1:1:1:1:1:1,5:2).

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to expand the range of flavored salad oils and obtain a product with an increased content of aromatic substances of the group of terpene compounds, balanced in fatty acid composition and having high biological activity and improved taste qualities.
