FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to agriculture, in particular to beekeeping, and can be used primarily in technology of producing cerago. Method of scarifying cerago honeycombs involves drying cerago honeycombs by bees to eliminate sticky properties of cerago and disturbing the integrity of wax walls of honeycomb cells wherein granules of cerago are placed. Infringement of integrity of wax walls of cells and a gap between granules of cerago and wax cells is carried out by action of vibration loads in horizontal and vertical direction on the housing of a beehive, into which cerago cells are installed and fixed in a vertical position. Device for scarifying cerago honeycombs comprises a lower part, made in the form of a bearing plate, on which a vibration unit is mounted on an elastic suspension, made of cylindrical horizontally arranged springs, vibration exciter and housing, inside of which side walls are tier-shaped with slots for installation of honeycomb frames in them. Hive housing is installed on bearing plate, on which electric vibrator is fixed. Bearing plate is arranged on vertically arranged cylindrical springs, which are installed on guides fixed on bearing plate and frame. Hive housing is provided with vertical guides for installation in the vertical position of the cerago cells. Housing of the hive is equipped with a lid which fixes the pear honeycombs. On the side wall of the housing there is a bearing plate, on which an electric vibrator is fixed. Bearing plate on housing side wall is arranged on horizontally located cylindrical springs, which are installed on guides fixed on bearing plate and frame.

EFFECT: invention improves the process of scarification of cerago honeycombs and accelerates the process of drying cerago granules, thereby avoiding loss of useful and biologically active substances in granules of cerago.
